Each line assumes a constant annual increase in identified holdings and 164,250 newly issued BTC per year until the 21 million cap. The loss assumption stays at 3,700,000 BTC.
That is a simplified supply model. It does not model future halvings, market prices, or changes in buying behavior. Crossing 50% means the retail estimate is less than half of circulating supply. The remainder includes identified holdings and estimated lost coins.
